Hi, I’m Dr. KJ Foster — counselor, writer, educator, speaker, and content creator. I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and have over 15 years of clinical experience helping individuals build resilience, overcome anxiety, and find deeper spiritual and emotional strength and healing.

My work includes authoring The Warrior's Guide to Successful Sobriety, Fostering Resilience for the Family in Recovery, and the Mastering Self-Love Workbook. COMING SOON are Seeds of Serenity: Daily Nourishment for Spiritual Strength and Healing and Fostering Resilience for Relapse Prevention.
