Dr. Karrol-Jo (KJ) Foster is a licensed therapist, author, and educator dedicated to helping people overcome anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, substance abuse, addiction, and other compulsive behaviors.
With over 10 years of clinical experience and a PhD in Counselor Education, she combines evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, supportive approach that helps clients feel understood, not judged.
